Welcome to my favorite space!

My mission is to provide the comprehensive guidance you need to unravel disordered food behaviors & truly experience freedom at the table.

I will take you step-by-step to support your gut, balance your hormones, reclaim your voice & connect with your body’s deepest desires.

Through six modules we will move energetically from root to crown, understanding how nutrition works to align each system of the body. Every module combines guided meditations, self-paced lessons, reflective prompts, herbalism and nourishing recipes, so you can rebuild trust with food, body, and intuition.

Many women argue they don’t have the time or energy to dedicate to their own health, peace & happiness. I argue you don’t have the energy not to.

Are you ready to be fed well?

Hi, it's great to meet you!

I'm Megan Fahey, MS, RD, IFNCP, founder of a private nutrition practice located between West Palm Beach, FL and Westchester, NY.

I completed my Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, one of the country’s leading schools of integrative medicine. Through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy I have since completed additional certification to become an Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP).

Through my own lived experience and later as Lead Dietitian for Monte Nido & Affiliates in both Miami and New York, I am in awe of the transformation that occurs when a woman reclaims herself from an eating disorder and passionate about providing guidance and support for those along the journey.

My approach to sessions thoughtfully blends integrative & functional nutrition practices with clinical treatment modalities to address and heal patterns of disordered eating. I incorporate mind-body practices from my 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor Training and herbalism tools from a beautiful training in Costa Rica to create a full & flavorful recipe for client care!

Is FED WELL Method appropriate for you?

Dear Friend,

FED WELL Method is the program I wish I had while healing my relationship with food — this is a program born from my lived experience and clinical knowledge.

This program is for the woman who is ready to dive deep.

The woman who longs to learn how to meet her body’s unique nutritional needs with curiosity and compassion, not deprivation or rigidity. FED WELL is deliberately non-diet and you will not find one-size-fits-all meal plans or protocols here. We will explore tools, frameworks and practices that help you make sustainable, nourishing choices that actually fit your life.

Who FED WELL Method is designed for:

  • Women who are ready to stop diets and deprivation and cultivate an embodied, sustainable relationship with food.
  • Those desiring practical nutrition tools paired with mind-body practices, ritual, and herbal support.
  • Those seeking community, accountability, and wholistic approaches to well-being.

*Use of the word “woman” reflects the program’s feminine-centered lens and its focus on hormonal balance in the female body. It is not intended to exclude any person who feels drawn to this work.

Because safety is a priority in my work, I want to be very clear about who is not appropriate for this program. FED WELL Method is not a replacement for clinical eating disorder treatment. If you are in the early or acute stages of an eating disorder, experiencing medical instability, or require higher levels of treatment, this program not appropriate to replace your care. I honor the recovery process and will be here to welcome you when you’re further along in your treatment and recovery.

Who FED WELL Method is not designed for:

  • Those in need of medical or inpatient eating disorder care, or those in early-stages of clinical treatment.
  • Those seeking a single prescriptive diet or quick-fix weight-loss plan.

*If you’re unsure whether FED WELL is the right next step for you, I’m here to help you assess fit and, when needed, connect you with resources for clinical support.

If you accept the invitation to join this program, please take what resonates with you and leave what does not. Remember to move at your pace, listen to your body, and use the practices with care.

With Love,

Megan
